These terms govern your use of the LiteDay website (liteday.app) and the LiteDay waitlist.

About LiteDay

LiteDay is a waitlist and information service for a forthcoming product designed to help with mental load. The service is operated by Adela E., the founder of LiteDay, from Singapore. Contact: hello@liteday.app.

LiteDay is currently in pre-launch. The full product is not yet available. These terms will be updated when the product launches, and subscribers will be notified of significant changes.

What you get

By subscribing to the LiteDay waitlist, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email asking you to verify your email address
  • Periodic updates about LiteDay as it is built (typically once a month)
  • A notification when LiteDay launches

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

What we ask of you

By using liteday.app or subscribing to the waitlist, you agree to:

  • Provide a valid email address that belongs to you
  • Use the service in good faith, without attempting to disrupt or misuse it
  • Respect the content and branding of LiteDay (do not copy, resell, or misrepresent it)

Intellectual property

The LiteDay logo, website design, and written content are copyrighted to the founder of LiteDay. You may link to or reference liteday.app, but you may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose these materials without written permission.

Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at liteday.app/privacy.

Limitation of liability

LiteDay is provided on an "as is" basis during the pre-launch period. We make no warranties about the site's availability, performance, or accuracy of information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of liteday.app or the waitlist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where LiteDay operates.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as LiteDay grows. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
